What are Collab Prizes?

Add your prizes to other creators' giveaways

The collaboration system lets you contribute prizes to giveaways created by others. This is great for community events, cross-promotion, or simply being generous.

For Giveaway Creators

Invite collaborators to add prizes to your giveaway. More prizes = more participants = bigger reach for everyone.

For Collaborators

Accept invites to contribute prizes. Your contribution is shown on the giveaway, giving you visibility to new audiences.

How to invite others to add prizes

Go to Your Giveaway

Open the giveaway you want to add collaborators to. You must be the creator.

Open Collab Management

Click on Manage Collabs or find the collaboration section in your giveaway settings.

Create Invite

Generate a unique invite code. You can create multiple invites for different collaborators.

Share the Invite

Send the invite code or link to your collaborators via Discord, Twitter, or any other method.

Deadline Restriction

You cannot create or send new collab invites within 12 hours of the giveaway ending. Plan your collaborations ahead of time!

Submitting Collab Prizes

How to add prizes as a collaborator

Receive an Invite

The giveaway creator will send you an invite code or link. Check your Discord DMs or wherever they contact you.

Accept the Invite

Click the invite link or enter the code on the collab page. You'll see the giveaway details before accepting.

Submit Your Prizes

Add the prizes you want to contribute. Enter the prize name, description, and quantity for each.

Wait for Approval

The giveaway creator reviews your submission. They can approve, reject, or request changes.

How creators review collab submissions

Pending

Prize is submitted and waiting for creator review. No action needed from you.

Approved

Creator approved your prize. It will be included in the giveaway and shown to participants.

Rejected

Creator declined the prize. They may provide feedback explaining why.

Feedback

If your prize is rejected, check the feedback from the creator. You may be able to submit a revised prize if there's still time before the deadline.

Invite Statuses

Pending - Invite sent, waiting for collaborator to accept
Used - Collaborator accepted and can submit prizes
Revoked - You cancelled the invite

Revoking Invites

You can revoke unused invites up until 12 hours before the giveaway ends. Revoked invites cannot be used, and the invite code becomes invalid.

Best Practices

Only create invites for people you've confirmed will collaborate. Unused invites clutter your management view and could potentially be shared without your consent.
